It is an ancient healing art which has been gaining popularity in recent years as a way of combating the stresses and strains of modern living as it is a very relaxing treatment.

The treatment is carried out with the client fully clothed. The therapist uses a series of hand positions to work on the whole body and in particular the energy centres or 'chakras'.
